
Moller Music was founded in 2005 to provide education and performance opportunities in classical violin and Celtic fiddle to students of all ages.

Private Lessons:
Private violin and fiddle lessons are available in Harvey and Fredericton. Private instruction allows students to learn at their own speed. All ages are welcome.

Group Lessons at Nashwaaksis Middle School:
Group lessons are offered during lunch hour at Nashwaaksis Middle School. Music learned includes classical, Celtic, and popular genres. Students must provide their own instruments. Classes include instruction on proper technique, reading music, and instrument maintenance. No prior experience is necessary.
Beginner: Tuesday noon hour
Intermediate: Wednesday noon hour
Advanced: Thursday noon hour
Cost: $330 for the year

Leo Hayes String Ensemble:
The Leo Hayes String Ensemble is open to all students at Leo Hayes High School who play the violin, viola, cello, or double bass. The ensemble is designed to provide students with a chance to play in an ensemble setting. It is not intended as a group lesson, and technique is not taught. Students must already be able to play their instrument and read music.

Fredericton Fiddle Orchestra:
The Fredericton Fiddle Orchestra is designed to provide fiddlers with a chance to play music in an ensemble setting. Arrangements of traditional fiddle music from all parts of the world are performed. Several public performances a year are planned. The ensemble is not a group lesson, so fiddlers must have prior experience. Being able to read music is an asset.

York Early Music Ensemble:
The York Early Music Ensemble is a string ensemble formed of high-level amateur musicians that performs music from the 16th, 17th, and 18th centuries. Membership is by audition only.

Open Celtic Jam Sessions:
Open Celtic jam sessions are held once a month. Jam sessions allow musicians a chance to play traditional music with others in an informal setting and to learn new tunes. All acoustic instruments are welcome.
